Who we are
This site is run by the FUSION programme team (Ministry of MSMEs with RT4D). Data questions: info@umkmfusion.com.
What we collect
Register Interest form: name, business name, city, business type, WhatsApp number, email and NIB status. Contact form: name, email and message. Member accounts: name, email, business profile, learning progress, quiz scores, certificates and login records for security.
Why
To contact you about the programme, select and support participants, provide e-learning and certificates, reply to messages, and monitor and evaluate the programme in aggregate. We never sell or share your data for marketing. Certificate codes can be checked publicly and show only the name, module and date.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit a form, and delivery of the programme for registered participants, under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022).
How long we keep it
Interest registrations and messages are kept for up to 2 years. Member accounts are kept while the programme runs and can be deleted on request.
Security
Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers, only programme admins using two-step verification can access it, and every access is logged.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@umkmfusion.com. Members can also download or delete their own data on the Account page.
Cookies
The public site uses no tracking cookies. The member area uses one session cookie needed to log in.
