What is FUSION?
A free programme by the Ministry of MSMEs and RT4D that prepares West Java food MSMEs to supply the MBG programme and other institutional buyers.
Is there a fee?
No. Training and mentoring are free for selected participants.
Who can join?
MSMEs in the West Java food supply chain: producers, processors, suppliers, caterers and food-waste businesses.
Not an MBG supplier yet — can I apply?
Yes, as long as your business works in a related sector and could supply products or services to MBG.
Is an NIB required?
It is preferred. Businesses still completing their licensing can be supported.
How are participants selected?
Selection considers business readiness, product relevance, production capacity and commitment to the programme.
Is training online or in person?
Both: an in-person workshop, online modules and four hybrid mentoring sessions.
Do participants get a certificate?
Yes, for those who complete the full series: training, mentoring, benchmarking and business matching.
Is an MBG contract guaranteed?
No. But the programme improves your readiness and chances of joining the MBG ecosystem.
What is business matching?
A curated meeting between MSMEs and SPPG kitchens, buyers and partners to open up business opportunities.
Can I study the training online?
Yes. Participants get a member-portal account to study Modules 1–4 at their own pace: short readings, module books, slides, worksheets, quizzes and a certificate for each module.
